This level 5 Diploma is fully focused on the development of middle managers. The course content has been designed to improve a learner's ability to lead and manage individuals and teams. Skills covered include managing strategic change and developing strategic plans.
The CMI level 7 qualification has been created through consultation with key stakeholders, including employers. It is designed for senior managers who have to translate strategy into effective performance. Learners will develop their organisational strategy and their strategic leadership and management skills.
