If you have gained your NVQ Level 5 with City & Guilds or Proqual within the last 3 years we can cross reference your existing evidence to allow you to acheive a level 6 in Health and Safety, simply by completing some additional units. Great for continuous professional development (CPD).

The City and Guilds Level 5 Diploma NVQ in Occupational Health and Safety Practice is a course suitable for Supervisors, Managers and Consultants and other specialists with specific responsibilities for the health, safety and welfare of others in the organisation.
This qualification is suitable for those in the area of general Health and Safety practice in the workplace and aims to support and develop good practice and awareness of all aspects of Health and Safety in the working environment; including the identification, monitoring and control of workplace hazards and risks.
There are 6 optional units that you can now buy should you wish to enhance your CPD or the previous model City and Guilds NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and safety so that you have some current units bolted on.
These new optional units started from August 2016 and are for those candidates who wish to bolt on a specific unit to the 12 units of the complete City and Guilds NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Health and Safety Practice. Simply add as a bolt on unit or study to help with your CPD (continuous professional development).
The level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a suitable qualification for those who are just starting their employment in the social care industry or who are already working as a care assistant/worker.
It can help you to increase your skills and knowledge of this sector as well as enhance your understanding of the practice.
The level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is ideal if you are working in a care setting and you have some level of responsibility in your workplace (at times you will work unsupervised)
Perhaps you aspire to be a senior care worker, or maybe you want to develop or demonstrate your existing skills, then this is the right course for you.
The level 3 in Residential Child Care is ideal if you are working in a social care setting and you have some level of responsibility in your workplace (at times you will work unsupervised)

The Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care is ideal for those that are established in a Social Care setting and are looking to progress or advance their career through further vocational training.

This qualification, which replaces the Level 4 NVQ in Leadership and Management for Care Services and the Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care, is for people who work in the Health and Social Care Sector working with Adults.

This qualification, which replaces the Level 4 NVQ in Leadership and Management for Care Services and the Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social care, is for people who work with Children and Young People in the Health and Social care sector.

The ILM Level 3 Diploma in Management (Combined Qualification) is ideal for individuals looking to take their first step into line management and for those who already have some management responsibilities. This combined knowledge and competency based qualification will build and develop new skills to enhance their management career. The qualification also forms part of the ILM Level 3 Management Apprenticeship.
The ILM Level 4 RQF NVQ Diploma in Management is ideal for managers moving into a middle management position who still retain responsibility for operational processes but are more removed from day to day line management duties. The qualification develops the knowledge and skills required to take on higher level responsibilities such as planning and implementing change. The ILM Level 4 award in Leadership and Management forms part of the ILM Level 4 Management Apprenticeship.
The ILM Level 5 RQF NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership qualification has been specially designed to give practicing managers and senior managers a solid foundation for their formal development in this role, building on a wide range of basic middle management skills and giving comprehensive leadership and management knowledge required at this level.

This Level 3 course is perfect for supervising or junior managers. It has been designed to support the development of key skills and competencies in managing individuals, working with others, managing teams and coordinating the work of others.
This CMI level 4 management course has been designed for junior managers. Developed in consultation with a variety of employers. The course focuses on growing professional management skills such as delegation capabilities, decision making and managing team dynamics.
This level 5 Diploma is fully focused on the development of middle managers. The course content has been designed to improve a learner's ability to lead and manage individuals and teams. Skills covered include managing strategic change and developing strategic plans.
The CMI level 7 qualification has been created through consultation with key stakeholders, including employers. It is designed for senior managers who have to translate strategy into effective performance. Learners will develop their organisational strategy and their strategic leadership and management skills.
