This qualification is suitable for those in the area of general health and safety practice in the workplace, and aims to support and develop good practice and awareness of all aspects of health and safety in the working environment; including the identification, monitoring and control of workplace hazards and risks.
There are 6 optional units that you can now buy should you wish to enhance your CPD or the previous model City and Guilds NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and safety so that you have some current units bolted on.
These new optional units started from August 2016 and are for those candidates who wish to bolt on a specific unit to the 12 units of the complete City and Guilds NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Health and Safety Practice.
