SVT require a lead administrator


Post of            : Lead Administrator

Reporting to    : Accreditation Manager

Salary             : £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience 

Office base     : Grimsby


Role: To provide a high level of administration support to the Accreditation Manager.


The specific tasks associated with this role are as follows:

  • Processing booking forms from course advisors
  • Allocate to candidate portfolio and notify tutor/assessor
  • Add to candidate database.
  • Register candidates with awarding body
  • Maintain registration databases
  • Send out monthly contact emails to all candidates
  • Arrange examinations with awarding body
  • Notify candidates of examination dates
  • Arrange venues for examinations
  • Acknowledge receipt of candidate emails and evidence for qualifications
  • Check evidence is authentic and current
  • Claim certificates on completion of qualification


The position is supported by key staff as follows:

  • Portfolio Co-ordinator
  • Accreditation Manager


It is therefore essential that the post holder possesses the following:

  • Experience of working in an office environment and providing a high level of administration support
  • Business Administration qualification
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills and fully compliant with all Microsoft products
  • Effective organisational skills  
  • A willingness to learn
  • Team working abilities
  • Good time management skills and be able to manage their activities and prioritise their work load.
