This qualification provides an excellent platform for those learners who are taking an interest in Mental Health within the workplace. The Level 2 is great as a CPD qualification and understanding teaches the users about mental health in young people.
This qualification would suit a company employee who is in charge of staff wellbeing within the workplace.

How will the qualifications be assessed?
You will work through the unit step by step with your assessor to enable you to achieve all of the units that make up the full award. You will have full assessor support.
Once you have completed the Mandatory unit you will have passed the requirements of the course.
Candidates must demonstrate the level of knowledge described in the unit. Assessment is the process of measuring a candidate’s knowledge and understanding against the standards set in the qualification. Assessment guidance is included to assure consistency.
Each candidate is required to produce evidence which demonstrates their achievement of all of the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit. Evidence can include: - assignments/projects/reports - worksheets - portfolio of evidence - record of oral and/or written questioning.
On average, most learners will complete in 3 months. Some learners may take less depending on their personal circumstances and how much time they have to dedicate to the course. We will work at a pace that suits you. You will have full uncapped support for 6 months.
You must be in employment. This can be full, part-time or in a voluntary capacity.
The level 2 Award is not approved for those who are under the age of 16.
