Does your training provider have ‘Direct Claim Status’?
How long have they been a City & Guilds registered company?
If you train with a company that does not have direct claims status you can be waiting months before you get your Certificate/Diploma, as they have to wait for ‘external verification’. This means lost earnings to you. They may tell you differently, but once you’ve paid, you’ve paid!
At SVT we have Direct Claims Status for all ILM and City & Guilds, which allows us to claim your certificate as soon as your work has been assessed and passed, usually you will get your certificate within 10 working days of finishing the course.
