Mike Watson CMIOSH, Dip RSA, MIIRSM, FlnstLM, MIVA has more than 25 years in business and operational management and occupational health and safety.
Mikes role is concerned with Business Partnerships Internationally ensuring the sustainability of the business and the continued success of the SVT group, including our Safety Management Vocational Training Ltd which is our International branch.
Managing Director (Head of NVQ's and Lead IV)
Mandy Pickard GradIOSH, DipRSA, FlnstLM, MIVA is our Lead Internal Verifier for overseeing the Health and Safety qualifications and Management qualifications.
As well as being actively involved in the NVQ process, Mandy is also our Managing Director, holding over 20 years experience in management, including health and safety and quality. Mandy's role is to ensure that the team work to the same standards throughout the NVQ process.
Tim has vast knowledge of the HSE education industry and has travelled extensively. Tim has a strong back ground in Sales Management, Customer Service and Leadership. He works closely on the International side of the business whilst maintaining standards.
Cheryl has been with SVT Ltd for 10 years and is a founder.
Cheryl started as the companies Head of Administration and later Head of Finance. Cheryl is highly qualified and experienced in Management and Financial systems and has 20 years' experience in staff and career development.
Mark is the Corporate Manager for SVT Ltd for both the UK and the international operations.
Having gained over 15 years sales and management experience from varied industries, including marine safety & protection, telecommunications and leisure. Marks role is to drive the company’s corporate strategies forward both in the UK and the international market.
Business Manager for Health and Social Care
Joe DipRSA is lead assessor for the diplomas in Health & Social Care, she is also a fully qualified Internal Quality Assurer. Joe has 10 years experience in assessing across the Health & Care sector with 12 years of care experience previous to that.
Her role is to support and guide candidates through their awards to enable their achievement and also to maintain quality standards whilst doing this. Part of her job role entails making 1-1 visits to candidates in their workplaces as well as providing online support.
Customer Liaison Executive
Margaret's role is to support and facilitate the smooth enrolment of our candidates onto our qualifications and to deal with and monitor financial transactions including payment plans. Margaret ensures all contractual paperwork is in place and provides a point of reference for candidates with any queries.
Mark has been working for 10 years within sales and customer service and more recently moved in to the B2B market. Through his passion for helping people and always trying to find the right product for you, Mark is excited to be a part of the Course Advisory team.
Having 25 years sales and management experience Phil has joined SVT Ltd to add this to the Course Advisory team. His main role is to advise candidates on suitable qualifications to further enhance their careers in both the UK and International market places.
Matt co-ordinates the administration of NVQ qualifications delivered by various awarding bodies.
Matt is your first point of contact when submitting evidence for Health & Safety qualifications and will prepare it ready for the assessment team.
Assessor for Health and Social Care
Jo brings to the team a wealth of skills and knowledge having over fifteen yearsâ€™ experience in care within the NHS sector, both delivering care and gaining extending clinical skills.
She also has two yearsâ€™ experience in administration for Clinical Research as a data Co-ordinator for Clinical trials. Jo has spent the last year as an Assessor for Health and Social Care at levels two and three, before joining SVT in January 2014.
With over 25 years of working in a variety of social care settings with both Adults and Children, Nikki brings a lot of knowledge and experience to the Care team. Nikki currently works as an assessor for candidates on the level 3 and 5 Diploma's in Health and Social Care and is also an active Internal Quality Assurance Practitioner for SVT Ltd.
Santa joined SVT in November 2013 as an Apprentice. She provides administration support to the SVT team and in particular to Mandy Pickard, the MD. She is developing her admin and IT skills and is proving to be a real asset to the team.

Working in association with SVT Ltd he provides a range of classroom training courses. He is an excellent Health & Safety Trainer with an engaging and entertaining style.

Paul Bell MCMI, Grad IOSH Dip RSA, MSOFHT is the facilitator of face to face learning and coaching at SVT and is working in direct association with the SVT team to offer a portfolio of CIEH training programmes.

Shane is the Managing Director of Keyzo IT Solutions Ltd, a well-established company with a highly experienced team that specialises in professional website design, marketing and software development services.
