Our team is made up of a group of professionals who between them share years of knowledge and experience, and this is utilised to support our candidates from the start of the NVQ programme all the way through to completion.

	Mike Watson - Chairman Head of NVQ's Management Mike Watson CMIOSH, Dip RSA, MIIRSM, FlnstLM, MIVA has more than 25 years in business and operational management and occupational health and safety. Mikes role is concerned with Business Partnerships Internationally ensuring the sustainability of the business and the continued success of the SVT group, including our Safety Management Vocational Training Ltd which is our International branch.
	Mandy Pickard - Managing Director Head of NVQ's and Lead IV Mandy Pickard GradIOSH, DipRSA, FlnstLM, MIVA is our Lead Internal Verifier for overseeing the Health and Safety qualifications and Management qualifications. As well as being actively involved in the NVQ process, Mandy is also our Managing Director, holding over 20 years experience in management, including health and safety and quality. Mandy's role is to ensure that the team work to the same standards throughout the NVQ process.
	Jim Lennon - Head of VRQ’s Jim is a Director and Business Manager for SHEilds Vocational Training. Jim is also actively involved in the NVQ process and is currently assessing Management NVQs. Most recently, Jim has secured accreditation with City & Guilds and ILM to deliver Vocationally Related Qualifications in Leadership and Management at Diploma Levels 4 and 5.
	Matt King - Portfolio Co-ordinator Matt co-ordinates the administration of NVQ qualifications delivered by various awarding bodies. He is your first point of call when submitting your evidence and will prepare it ready for the assessment team.
	Mark Avison – Corporate Manager Mark is the Corporate Manager for SVT for both the UK and the international operations. Having gained over 15 years sales and management experience from varied industries, including marine safety & protection, telecommunications and leisure. 	Margaret Levett - Course Advisor Margaret has worked with Health & Safety and Management training for several years, holding several professional qualifications herself.
