Mikes role is concerned with Business Partnerships Internationally ensuring the sustainability of the business and the continued success of the SVT group, including our Safety Management Vocational Training Ltd which is our International branch.

Mandy Pickard - Managing Director
Head of NVQ's and Lead IV
Mandy Pickard GradIOSH, DipRSA, FlnstLM, MIVA is our Lead Internal Verifier for overseeing the Health and Safety qualifications and Management qualifications.
As well as being actively involved in the NVQ process, Mandy is also our Managing Director, holding over 20 years experience in management, including health and safety and quality. Mandy's role is to ensure that the team work to the same standards throughout the NVQ process.

Cheryl Watson – Finance Director
Cheryl has been with SHEilds Vocational Training for 10 years and is a founder.
Cheryl started as the companies Head of Administration and later Head of Finance. Cheryl is highly qualified and experienced in Management and Financial systems and has 20 years' experience in staff and career development.

Director SVT (Care) Ltd
Mark is the Corporate Manager for SVT for both the UK and the international operations.
Having gained over 15 years sales and management experience from varied industries, including marine safety & protection, telecommunications and leisure. Marks role is to drive the company’s corporate strategies forward both in the UK and the international market.

Joe Pope - Business Manager for Health and Social Care - Director SVT (Care) Ltd
Joe DipRSA is lead assessor for the diplomas in Health & Social Care, she is also a fully qualified Internal Quality Assurer. Joe has 10 years experience in assessing across the Health & Care sector with 12 years of care experience previous to that.
Her role is to support and guide candidates through their awards to enable their achievement and also to maintain quality standards whilst doing this. Part of her job role entails making 1-1 visits to candidates in their workplaces as well as providing online support.
