Well done to Stefan Drew who was surprised to be the winner of SVT UK Student of the year 2017 at the SVT graduation.
Stefan has completed 3 courses with SVT in 2 years. These are:
ILM Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Management
ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership
ILM Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership
Even though Stefan works various unsociable hours including night shifts he was determined to study and was prolific in submitting his work to Cheryl Watson (ILM SVT Assessor) 24/7.
These achievements have given him a great deal of respect with his employers and is now involved with the business planning using his ILM qualifications to advise and write business plans .
Stefan has now achieved Fellowship membership with ILM which is the highest available.
